Integration of Romani Minority
The project focused on referral to treatment of people who use drugs detained in Vilnius Romani settlement. The referral would be issued by police officers as per agreement with Republican Centre for Addictive Disorders (RCAD). Vilnius City Municipality financed the enrolment of people referred and thus provided the opportunity for people who did not hold social insurance to receive addiction treatment services.
