The procedure may consist of two parts – the assessment of the person’s condition and the formation of conclusion regarding her intoxication or lack of it thereof, or the assessment of her condition and collection of biological samples for laboratory investigation. In case of the latter, the doctor will provide the conclusion only after a response from the laboratory is received.
