Mandatory training aims to provide people with information on the effects that alcohol and other psychoactive substance use may have on their health, as well as ability to drive and traffic safety. This training is aimed at drivers who have violated the law by driving intoxicated. The mandatory training is appointed by the court or non-judicial authorities, implementing the hearing of the legal case in the Republic of Lithuania.
